When I became a mom, my perspective on nutrition changed completely. After having my first daughter, I became passionate about feeding my family the best—meals made from scratch with high-quality ingredients. As I learned more about the benefits of freshly milled flour, I knew I wanted to share this knowledge with others. Only after I decided to start this small business did I find out my great grandparents owned a flour mill back in Romania! How neat is that?

Flourish Mill & Grain was born out of a desire to help families like mine enjoy nutrient-dense, wholesome foods that nourish the body.
